Poll: Midterms Weren't A Mandate For GOP

Robert Siegel talks to Dan Balz, national political correspondent at The Washington Post, about a new Washington Post-ABC News Poll that suggests the election was not a broad mandate for the Republicans. Balz says that while Republicans picked up 63 House seats, more people say President Obama needs to take the lead on policy.
