The New Republic: Clinton's Faulty 'American Moment'
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced at the Council on Foreign Relations that America is in a new era of leadership, but commentator Andrew J. Bacevich of The New Republic says Clinton has it all wrong. To lead in this era, the US needs diplomats who understand when to refrain from taking charge.
