Wis. Capitol Becomes Front Line In Budget Battle

For a fifth day, demonstrators have gathered to protest a budget bill that would strip public employees of most of their collective bargaining rights. The protesters greatly outnumbered supporters of Gov. Scott Walker's bill, whom they encountered at the Capitol on Saturday.
