Bodyguard Suspected In Pakistani Governor's Killing
The assassination of Punjab Gov. Salman Taseer is the most high-profile killing of a political figure in Pakistan since the slaying of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto in December 2007. The suspected gunman allegedly told interrogators he was angry over the politician's opposition to death penalty laws for those convicted of insulting Islam.
