I Just Wanted To Run For Mayor!
An Illinois appeals court ruled on Monday that former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is ineligible to run for mayor of Chicago. Writer Dennis O'Toole knows Emanuel is boiling mad. He imagines the politician holding a press conference to comment on the ruling.
