New Republic: 'Cut, Cap And Balance' Is Sabatoge

House Republicans have passed a new "Cut, Cap and Balance" bill and while the president has said he will veto the legislation, the problems don't end there. Ed Kilgore of The New Republic believes the Republican push could prove disastrous to the budget.
