The Root: Helping Kids After Foster Care Ends

Foster care has long been tough on many kids, but leaving foster care and entering the world as an 18-year-old can be even harder. Cynthia Gordy of The Root says that the Obama administration acknowledges the problem, and has plans in place to help older kids transition into adulthood.
