The Nation: Town Halls Change The Medicare Debate
In Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan is not having much luck selling his budget and his plan for Medicare to the people of his home state. John Nichols of The Nation argues that protests in town halls have changed the debate on Medicare, and changed Ryan's public image.
